Mike’s flower garden

This year Mike has been on an amazing quest to learn about flower gardening. He started everything from seeds (or bulb/corm) and grew a fabulously huge bounty of flowers which decorated our backyard, kitchen table, workplaces, and many of our neighbors’ homes too. My favorite parts of the season were the early bulbs that popped up joyfully when the weather was still cold and dreary in the spring, and the wild chaotic overflowing bounty of August, when we came home after three weeks away, and found everything in full bloom all at once!
