This is our first Christmas since Judy & Richard moved out of their house in Gorham! It’s bittersweet, but we rented a nice big house at Pine Point beach and it’s lovely to have beach walks together, and lots of extra space in the house for the whole family to spread out.
Friday’s big storm washed up lots and lots of huge shells onto the beach- mostly clams, and some enormous nautilus shells. I had no idea they could grow so big! I guess in all my years of beach combing, I never had any idea about these big heavy guys because they’re usually down on the bottom of the sea, not washing up on the beach!
We decided to get a mini Christmas tree since we’re only staying at this house for one week… but then I guess Judy & Richard couldn’t find any smaller trees, so we ended up with this glorious 8’ giant tree, it was beautiful and the kids loved it!
